i did not make my sweater, it was an inexpensive one thats seen many miles (and still in pretty good shape). if i were a good pattern copier, i would like to try it though!

Thanks for taking time to come over to my blog and make such nice comments about the garden stove. We’re waiting for a bit of good weather and will hopefully soon finish. We’d like to be able to use it all year round weather permitting. I think that may be a little optimistic of us!! I will post the instructions and list of materials as soon as I have a little bit of time to get them together.
We did use clay. We wanted to make it with as much recycled material as possible but in the end did have to buy some. But lots of people find it in their own gardens.

The pattern that I am using for my blocks is from an early ’80’s publication from Patons – the book is called Royal Babies and the pattern is Baby’s pram or cot cover.
